We kick things off with a quick talanoa to dive into your vision - what’s the dream outcome, the type of content you’re after, where it’ll live, and who your audience is.

2. The Perfect Match

Next, we’ll play matchmaker. We’ll suggest creators who vibe with your brand, fit your goals, and have the right audience. It’s all about finding that perfect connection!

3. Team Huddle

Once we’re aligned, we’ll pull together the ultimate brief. We’ll keep things collaborative, working with our creators to make sure the content feels real, fresh, and spot-on for your brand.

4. Creation & Sign Off

Time for our creators to do their thing! Once they’ve brought your vision to life, we’ll polish it up and wait for your green light before we take the next step.

5. Hit Post!

And we’re live! The content goes out on our creators’ platforms, landing right where it needs to and connecting with their audience in the best way possible.

6. Debrief

Once the campaign wraps, we’ll take a deep dive into the results - what hit the mark, what we can fine-tune, and how to elevate things even further next time. At LUMA, we’re all about growth, impact, and keeping everyone smiling.

Talent management

From the screen (big & small) to the stage and anywhere that demands an audience, our talent ranges from actors, singers, creators, models and more. We handle introductions, initiations, contract negotiations, scheduling and whatever helps make the process smoother for all. Representing talent in Aotearoa, Australia and The Pacific, LUMA will have it covered.

 

 

 

We have a commitment to upskilling and supporting our talent through workshops, the audition process and simply being supportive agents. Goal setting and understanding our talents capacity and capabilities will be instrumental in shaping all of our working relationships. As well as maintaining an exceptional level of skill as we grow.

 

 

 

As agents we bridge the gap and have the hard discussions but we don't get it twisted, our talents needs are paramount in how we move forward respectfully. Our experience and values underpin and inform the way we work and represent our people, any alternative motives wont get air time but our talent ultimately determine their decisions, we are happy to be the messenger, guidance and support.
